01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the dt777 platform at dt777.biz ("the Platform"), you ("the User", "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the dt777 Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the dt777 Platform. Your continued access to or use of the dt777 Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Any winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate. You may only hold one active dt777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

KYC Verification

dt777 is required to verify the identity of its users as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Pakistani users will be required to submit a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and a selfie for identity verification. Failure to complete KYC verification will restrict withdrawal functionality. dt777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your dt777 account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and any instructions given via your account dashboard.

• You must keep your dt777 login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• You must notify dt777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• dt777 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the dt777 Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. dt777 does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction from which they are accessed.
• You must not allow any other person to use your dt777 account or access the Platform under your identity.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

dt777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. You may only fund your dt777 account from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another user, or accepting deposits from third parties into your dt777 wallet, is prohibited.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your dt777 account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• dt777 reserves the right to perform additional identity and fraud verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.

Currency

The dt777 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, payouts, and transaction records are denominated in PKR. dt777 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the dt777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting, casino games, slots, card games, and bingo. These product-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market on the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bets are final once confirmed. dt777 does not accept cancellations of confirmed bets except in circumstances where the Platform's rules explicitly permit it (such as certain pre-match bet types before an event begins).
• dt777 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error — and to recover any amounts paid out as a result of such errors.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

dt777 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional benefits to new and existing users from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all dt777 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. You must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings that exceed the wagering requirement and are transferred to your real-money balance are withdrawable.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the dt777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any conduct designed to influence the outcome of any event on which a bet has been placed.

08 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dt777 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any dt777 content without express written permission.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dt777 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet outages, or third-party payment provider delays.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Termination

• dt777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• The account holder has been found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• Continued operation of the account is required by a legal or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, dt777 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Upon termination at the user's request without cause, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the user via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus balances.

12 Amendments to These Terms

dt777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via email to the address on file. The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the dt777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13 Governing Law & Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate through the dispute resolution mechanism applicable under your licensing jurisdiction.
